1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the HokiBet platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions. Acceptance of these terms is an absolute condition of using the platform.

HokiBet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this website. 2Member Eligibility

To register and use the HokiBet platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not a person who has been placed on a self-exclusion list under any recognised responsible gaming programme.
• Not registering in the capacity of an agent or on behalf of any third party.
• Not an employee, contractor, or representative of HokiBet or any of our subsidiary companies.

HokiBet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm member eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

3Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at HokiBet at any time. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms. Should HokiBet detect multiple account ownership, all associated accounts may be terminated and any outstanding balances or winnings may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account termination without any refund.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. HokiBet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to protect your login credentials.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

HokiBet accepts deposits via approved Malaysian payment methods only. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

HokiBet does not accept third-party deposits. All deposited funds must originate from a financial account registered in the same member's name. Any deposit suspected of coming from an illicit source will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

5Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to successful identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.

5.2 Processing Times

HokiBet aims to process all withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 24 hours. However, in cases requiring additional security review, processing may take up to 3 business days. HokiBet will notify the member if an unexpected delay arises.

5.3 Verification Requirements

HokiBet reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving a withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding RM 5,000. This includes a copy of your identification document, proof of ownership of the payment method used, and any other relevant supporting documents. 6Bonus & Promotions

HokiBet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus offer is subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotions page. General bonus terms are as follows:

• All bonuses are limited to one claim per member, per household, or per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• The Welcome Bonus is available to new members only who have not previously registered with HokiBet.

7Game Rules

All games available at HokiBet — including online slots, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, sic bo, dragon tiger, fishing games, and poker — are governed by the individual game rules set by the respective game providers.

• The outcome of a completed game is final and cannot be reversed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, HokiBet will rely on system records to determine the accurate outcome.
• The use of any automated software, bots, or unauthorised aids to play games is strictly prohibited.
• HokiBet uses certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology across all RNG-based games to ensure fair play.

8Sports Betting

The HokiBet Sports Betting section offers markets across a wide range of sporting events including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, and international leagues), badminton, e-sports, and more. The following additional terms apply to sports betting:

• All displayed odds are current and subject to change until a bet is confirmed by the system.
• HokiBet reserves the right to void or amend any bet where there is a material error in the stated odds due to technical or human error.
• Bets placed on events that have already started without explicit approval as in-play betting are invalid and will be voided.
• Parlay/accumulator bets require all selections to win for the overall bet to be considered a winner.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be returned to the account balance unless otherwise specified in the applicable betting terms.

9Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following are strictly prohibited on the HokiBet platform and may result in immediate account termination:

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Owning or accessing more than one HokiBet account.
• Using automation software, bots, hacks, or any other unauthorised means to access the platform.
• Any attempt to manipulate games or betting outcomes by any means.
• Credit card fraud, chargebacks, or the use of unauthorised payment methods.
• Bonus abuse through arbitrage strategies or systematic opposing bets.
• Sharing account login credentials with any other individual.
• Any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the HokiBet platform — including but not limited to logos, graphic designs, text, images, software code, and brand names — is the property of HokiBet or our licensed providers. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Copying, distributing, or reproducing any content without prior written permission from HokiBet.
• Using the HokiBet name, logo, or brand for commercial or marketing purposes without authorisation.
• Creating derivative works based on platform content without proper authorisation.

11Liability Limits

HokiBet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including:

• Service disruptions caused by scheduled or unscheduled technical maintenance.
• Losses resulting from inability to access the platform due to factors beyond HokiBet's control, such as internet disruptions or third-party system failures.
• Losses resulting from valid and final betting outcomes.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence.

In all circumstances, HokiBet's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim in question.

12Account Termination

12.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your HokiBet account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any outstanding balance will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to the settlement of any pending transactions.

12.2 Termination by HokiBet

HokiBet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to pass identity verification, or a request from a legal authority.

13Changes to Terms

HokiBet reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before they take effect, except in urgent circumstances requiring immediate action.

Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date.
